Alex Kudera’s award-winning novel, Fight for Your Long Day (Atticus Books), was drafted in a walk-in closet during a summer in Seoul, South Korea. Auggie’s Revenge (Beating Windward Press) is his second novel. His numerous short stories include “Frade Killed Ellen” (Dutch Kills Press), “Bombing from Above” (Heavy Feather Review), and “A Thanksgiving” (Eclectica Magazine).

Neither a Bellow nor baller be. . .
2018 is the year that parity came to the NBA with great games every
night, but Isaac Rosenfeld will still be dead of a heart attack at age
38 no matter who wins the championship. One published novel, cramped
living quarters, alone and forgotten, but not forgotten, because he's
mentioned in almost every book about Bellow, Kazin, Schwartz, Rahv, etc.
Commentary and The Forward write about him in the 21st century. He was
too short for the NBA. Poor vision. Not a Bellow, not a baller. . . but
he has a biography and various mentions in others.
